The ranges shown are the staff member's monthly salary — what you pay them directly. COHCASEL charges a separate, one-time placement fee (₦25,000–₦85,000 depending on your tier) that covers our vetting, background checks, training verification, and placement coordination. There are no hidden monthly agency fees for Standard and Premium plans.
